Hitch-Hike

met a man with holes in his hands
he was walking barefoot, pissed off,
Down a dirt road, I slowed and rolled
Beside him, "Hey stranger," Said I,
"Could you use a ride?"

He looked at me, His face, a match,
It's Madness, burnt out, sputtering fire
from dry lips, dispatching to himself
In a tongue I can't describe,
Everything went bright,

Now he's inside, in white,
His skin, no longer leather,
His hair, no longer fried,
Instead wore perfection,
And smiled, quite snidely,

So you CAN see me?

It was a thought, all my own,
but I answered in words
I cannot describe,

(Yes, I can see you, I saw
How you changed, Your face,
in the grain now looks at me plain)

That PAIN keeps me on this PLANE.
I Exist, Here you see me-

[______________________________]

I am the Sun of the Whole one
But all are taught not to see
Me as I am, still suffering
The hypocrisy of non-believers

[HE SMILED]

I will not fade away
Until the day I Force
Them to face me
They'll All Go Crazy

(Why didn't I?)

All Went Bright
The man behind me
Waved goodbye in
the rearview mirror.

I kept silent
And memorized
My meeting the
Hole-y Hand (y) Man.
